Who we are

NahIA is a brand of Nayitapubmark, a company based in Panama City, Panama. This site (nahia.ai) presents the NahIA service: an artificial intelligence assistant for clinics and businesses that serves patients and customers on WhatsApp and other channels.

What data we collect on this site

Contact form: name, email address and the message you send us. This data is used solely to reply to you and is transmitted through the FormSubmit form provider.

Usage metrics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device, country). This data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you personally.

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is additionally governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) terms and privacy policy.

Patient data processed by the NahIA service

When a clinic hires NahIA, NahIA processes its patients' data (for example: name, phone number, appointments and messages) on behalf of and under the instructions of that clinic, which is the data controller. NahIA acts as a data processor.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Panama's Law 81 of March 26, 2019 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations. Health data is treated as sensitive data: it is used exclusively to provide the service hired by the clinic, it is never sold or shared with third parties outside the provision of the service, and it is protected with appropriate technical and organizational measures.

Each client clinic defines its own retention periods. When the contract ends, data is returned or deleted as agreed.

Your rights

Under Law 81 of 2019 you have the right to access, rectify, cancel and object to the processing of your personal data, and to request its portability.

If you are a patient of a clinic that uses NahIA, address your request first to the clinic (the data controller). You can also write to hola@nahia.ai and we will help route it.
